"The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We felt like we had a personalized experience with the fishing advice given, shown the good spots and ideas for activities. We feel we got to know the staff well and enjoyed our stay. The menu was good.
The WiFi was a little interrupted but they did their best to accommodate our needs. "

"The resort has great activities like snorkeling, and kayaking. The cultural activities were also great to experience. I was glad to find that there was an adults only portion of the resort. As a solo traveler it was nice to get away from the bustling of families. "
"Super clean rooms, breakfast was very good, staff are very friendly, have free laundry service, only concern was that the restroom by the receptionist need to be paid more attention to it. It was very dirty. Linens n towels anre changed daily. Condiments are filled daily. The housekeeping person who was cleaning the second floor I believe her name was Mesi was super nice. Otherwise it’s a five star hotel. "

I had such a great experience during our stay! The housekeeping staff truly stood out — they were incredibly accommodating and made sure our rooms were clean and comfortable. When we arrived, the room meant for my kids had only one bed instead of two. I brought it up to the staff, and they handled it immediately without any hesitation — quick and efficient!
What really made the stay extra special was that the hotel surprised me by decorating the room for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel so appreciated and celebrated. It's little touches like this that set a place apart.
